Shipping Policy

Welcome to the Muddy Bar Soap Company! We are committed to providing you with exceptional service, including a seamless shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase.


Processing Time: Depending on availability orders are processed within 2-3 business days but depending on order size and stock there will often be a lead time of up to 2 weeks due to our products being made fresh. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day or when available.


Order Changes Any: changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be included in your invoice.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some products may be restricted from international shipping due to local regulations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees which are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your local customs office for information on any applicable fees before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days with your order number and photos of the damage.
If your package is lost, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you in locating it.

Undeliverable Packages

- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
